Granola without fruit

Ingredients

    3c rolled oats
    .25c flax
    .25c millet
    .5c coconut
    .5c pepitas, raw
    .5c sunflower seeds, raw, unsalted
    .5c shredded coconut

    .25c butter, melted
    .5c honey

    1tsp maldon sea salt

Directions

Mix melted butter and honey to combine. Add all dry ingredients to mixture and mix until it's all coated. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment and sprinkle salt over it. Cook for 30min at 300F on the middle rack of the oven, stirring occasionally.

Let cool and distribute it.
