    c. part-skim Ricotta Cheese (1/3 Lean option)
    1 eggs (1/3 Lean option)
    1/3 cup shredded low-fat mozzarella cheese (1/3 leaner option)
    c. Muir Glenn Organic Tomato Sauce (1 higher carb veggie)
    1 Tbsp parm cheese (2 condiments)
    1/2 tsp garlic powder (1 condiment)


Directions:For the crust: For the pizza:
■Preheat oven to 350.
■spray pam on a baking dish (I used a pie tin)
■Blend ricotta cheese and eggs and season with garlic powder
■Add parmesan cheese and stir until combined
■Pour into buttered baking dish
■Bake for 17 minutes or until golden brown
■Let crust cool for 10 minutes before adding toppings
■After crust is cooked, raise oven to 400 degrees
■Top crust with marinara and spread evenly
■Top with mozzarella cheese
■Add toppings (any veggies- I went just cheese)
■Bake for 8 minutes or until cheese is bubbly
