Introduction

Homemade hummus. I like mine with a lot of lemon and garlic:) Homemade hummus. I like mine with a lot of lemon and garlic:)
Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    One can of garbanzo beans
    Olive oil
    tahini
    Garlic
    Salt ot taste
    Lemon/lemon juice (you can try lime, or something else for a fun twist. I am a perpetual lemon lover)

Tips

Add paprika at the end for a colorful twist. Try different beans or nut/seed butters as well. SOOOO good.


Directions

Rinse and train garbanzos. Ypou may choose to keep some of the juice frfom the can to make blending easeir (no more than 1/4 of a cups worth)

Put all ingredients in the blender or food processor

Serving Size: Makes several servings. SUPER delish
