1 C Splenda No Calorie Sweetener
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
ΒΌ C Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters)
2 tsp Lemon Juice
12 Tbsp Lemon Curd (jar)
Top with lemon curd and dust with splenda if desired.
If needed place in turned off oven to warm curd and allow it to spread out.
