In an 11" casserole dish, mix 1.5 pounds of COOKED ground beef, cans of corn and green beans, drained, and 3 cans tomato soup (undiluted). Spread prepared mashed potatoes on top. Bake 35 minutes at 345 degrees. Remove from oven. Cover top with shredded cheese. Put back in oven for 15 nimutes or until cheese is melted.
I used 2 cans tomato soup instead of 3 Also I used 2 cand peas and carrots instead of corn and green beans. I've used this recipe for years. People that don't like peas and carrots love it this way.
