Ingredients

    4 large potato
    1 tbs unsalted butter
    1 c 1% milk

Directions

Serves 6

Leave skins on potatoes, boil in water with a small dash of salt. Boil until tender

Drain water and add butter. Mash either manually or with a mixer. Add milk as needed to create creamy potatoes.
