Number of Servings: 64

Ingredients

    Cocoa 1.5 cups
    Sugar 3 cups
    water 1.5 cups
    corn syrup 2 tbs
    Salt 1/4 tsp

Directions

Bring water, salt, sugar, & corn syrup to boil. Reduce heat and wisk on cocoa. Simmer 8 minutes. Strain into a madon jar to cool. Store in refrigerator. Makes 1 quart. Stir 1 tbs into milk or coffee.
