Chocolate Chip Cookies

Great for Diabetics Great for Diabetics
Number of Servings: 30

Ingredients

    1c Light Margarine (I used blue bonnet light)
    3/4c Splenda
    3/4c Splenda Brown Suger Blend
    1/2c Egg Beaters
    1t Vanilla Extract
    1/2t Salt
    1t Baking Soda (1/2t for flatter cookies)
    21/2c Flour
    3/4c Milk chocolate chips

Directions

Mix margarine,and sugars in mixer. Add egg subtitute, vanilla,salt,and baking soda. Gradually add in flour and chocolate chips. Spoon out in to round balls and flatten with hands. Bake at 350 fo 12 min per batch.
