IntroductionFor the slow cooker For the slow cooker
6 medium potatoes, peeled, cubed
1 onion, very finely chopped
2 (14 ounce) cans of Chicken Broth
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
1(8 ounce) package shreeded American Cheese
1 cup half and hald cream
Cover and cook on LOW for 8-10 hours. With potato masher, mash potatoes in slow cooker.
About 1 hour before serving, stir in cheese and cream and cook additional 1 hour. Serves 4-6
