Package of Boneless Skinless Chicken breast, pounded thin
2 cans of Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 Can skim milk
3 cups cooked brown rice
1 pkg of sliced mushrooms
1 pkg of steamable asparagus
1 med onion chopped
1 cup bread crumbs
3 tbl parmasean cheese
seasoning to taste
olive oil cooking spray
Cook mushrooms and onions with cooking spray.
Season Chicken to taste and brown with cooking spray. When flip, cover with a lid to cook thru on med heat and keep moisture in.
Place cooked chicken on top of rice.
Mix steamed asparagus with onions and mushrooms and pour over chicken.
Mix the milk with the soup and pour over the rice, chicken and veggies. Top with bread crumbs and cheese.
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until bubbly
