Country Style Pork Ribs and Mushrooms

Introduction

Very tasty meal ideal for that cosy winter warmer. You can reduce the calorie and fat content by decreasing the amount of meat you use. Very tasty meal ideal for that cosy winter warmer. You can reduce the calorie and fat content by decreasing the amount of meat you use.

Ingredients

    900g / 2lb country style pork ribs (rib chops), boneless
    259g / 105oz can cream of mushroom soup
    115g / 4 oz mushrooms
    1 tsp vegetable bouillon or stock cube
    1/8 tsp pepper
    1/2 tsp paprika
    water blended with 1 tbsp flour for thickening

Directions

Combine all the ingredients in a crockpot and cook on LOW for 7 - 9 hours.
Stir flour and water mixture into broth and cook on HIGH for a further 15 minutes.

Serve with mashed potato and vegetables.
