Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    - 2 cans Rotel
    - 2 cans chicken broth
    - 2 chicken breasts, raw and preferrably frozen
    - 1 can of sweet corn
    - 1 packet of taco seasoning
    - 1 cup water
    - 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
    - 1 can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
    - 1 cup onion, chopped
    - 1 cup sour cream
    - 1 cup shredded cheese

Tips

Chicken stays moist longer if it is put in the crock pot frozen. Don't worry, it wil cook!


Directions

Place all of the ingredients except sour cream and shredded cheese in crock pot. Set crock on low for 8 hours. Once finished cooking, shred chicken with a fork. Serve in bowls with sour cream and cheese on top. Goes well with corn chips and a side salad.
