Ingredients

1 package of Shirataki Noodles (8 oz)
3 Veggie Patch Meatless Meatballs
.5 cup Tomato Puree (can)
1/4 Onion finely chopped
1 spray of olive oil
1/2 tsp of fresh Ginger Root (or 1 tsp of powder)
I tbsp Oregano leaves (dried)
1/2 tsp Curry powder
1 dash Sea Salt to taste (optional)
1 dash of ground Black Pepper to taste
Directions
In a skillet, brown the onion with a spray of olive oll.
Throw in the whole package of Shirataki Noodles (drained and thoroughly rinced) and Curry.
Cook for 5 minutes on medium heat - stirring occasionally - until all moisture evaporate and noodles get flavored with onion and curry.
Add tomato puree, the three meatballs, oregano, ginger, black pepper and salt.
Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
NOTE: To reduce the sodium, use pureed fresh tomatoes and homemade meatballs.
