Homemade Peanut Butter

Ingredients

    13-16 oz. dry roasted salted peanuts, shelled
    1-2 T coconut oil, melted
    Light agave nectar to taste

Tips

If you put this in the fridge, you may need to microwave for a few seconds to soften enough to use. You can also keep in the pantry.


Directions

Put peanuts into a food processor on high until they break down. Add coconut oil to aid in creaminess. Keep processing until you hit desired creaminess. Add agave nectar to taste, optional.

Serving Size: Makes a large jar (16 oz) of peanut butter
