Ingredients

    6 fresh shrimp Shelled and De-veined
    6 fresh little neck clams
    12 fresh Mussels
    1/2 cup fresh scungilli
    1/2 cup fresh Calamari
    1/2/ cup celery
    1/4 cup roasted red peppers
    2 tbs extra virgin olive oil
    1/2 fresh squeezed lemon
    salt and pepper
    romaine lettuce

Directions

steam all shellfish cool and toss together as a salad serve cold.
