Easy Italian Dressing

1.5 cups extra-virgin olive oil
0.5 cup balsamic or red wine vinegar (I use a combo of both)
2-3 garlic cloves, crushed
2 tsp italian spice blend (oregano, basil, parsley)
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 tsp dijon mustard (creamy or grainy, whatever you prefer)
You can add any additional spices or increase/decrease the spice depending on your preference. If you choose to decrease the oil and increase the vinegar, you may find it helpful to add a little sugar to cut the stronger vinegar taste.
Serving Size: Makes 32 1 tbsp servings
