Ingredients

1/2 banana, chopped fine
1 tbsp flaxseed meal
1/2 tbsp millet
2 tbsp rolled oats
1 tbsp nut butter of choice
3 tbsp milk (I used vanilla almond milk)
dash of cinnamon and nutmeg
Tips
Eat it on an english muffin!
Directions
Mix all ingredients together and pour into hot sprayed pan. Cook until firm and gently flip. Will hold together, though fragile, to form a pancake.
