Tortilla Soup

Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    6 chicken breasts diced
    2 - 32 oz can of chicken broth
    2 cans of rotel
    1 - 15 oz can of tomato sauce
    1 - 15 oz can diced tomates with jalapenos
    1 - 8 oz can tomato paste
    1 large onion diced
    salt, pepper and garlic to taste
    6 flour tortillas sliced
    pam spray

Directions

Mix all ingredients into a large crock pot and cook for 8 hours.

Slice tortillas into small strips and spray with pam. Cook at 200 degrees F for 20 min and then flip to other side and cook another 20 minutes. After finished cooking tortillas add to soup over tortillas.
