Introduction

This Raw soup has intense mushroom flavor. I love a full bodied mushroom soup. Hard to believe this recipe only has 4 ingredients in it and one of them is the water. This Raw soup has intense mushroom flavor. I love a full bodied mushroom soup. Hard to believe this recipe only has 4 ingredients in it and one of them is the water.
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    2 small portabella mushroom caps (approx. 2 cups rough dice)*
    1/2 avocado
    1 Tbsp. light unpasteurized miso
    2 cups water


    *You can use any type of mushroom including white but flavor will not be as intense as a portabella

Tips

Optional Add ins:
2 tablespoons almonds
1 clove garlic
1 tablespoon ground golden flax


Directions

Real simple. Throw everything into your blender. Whirl away till it reaches your desired consistency.

It is a nice thick soup. Should you want to thin it out a little only add 1/2 cup water, still very good but I liked it better thicker.
