My Stir Fry

Ingredients


    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    *Lima beans, frozen, baby, unprepared, 1 cup
    *Brocolli Slaw, 1.25 cup
    *Cabbage (Shredded), 2 cup
    *Carrot, shredded for salad portion, 4 serving
    *sweet yellow onion, raw (1 medium onion), 2 serving
    Water chestnuts, 0.5 cup slices
    Soy sauce (shoyu), low sodium, 3 tbsp

Tips

Other vegetables can be added


Directions

Heat olive oil, add brocolli slaw, onions ,lima beans and carrots, stir fry till softened. Add cabbage & water Chesrnuts, cooking another 5 minutes. Add Soy Sauce.
