Hawaiin Heart Pizza Topping

Introduction

To make my own Pizza dough I follow the Joy of Cooking recipe and substitute half the flour for whole wheat flour.
When making this for six individual pizzas the nutrition per serving is: Calories 351.5, Total Fat 6.1, Cholesterol 0, Sodium 4.1, Carbs 66.1g, Fiber 6.8, Protein 10.5g .

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    Pre-bought or homemade pizza bread (cal not included)
    2 cups part skim mozzarella cheese
    1/2 cup ham cut into small slices or cubes
    3 fresh mushrooms chopped
    3 black olives sliced
    1/2 cup bell pepper chopped
    1/2 cup pineapple chopped or crushed
    paprika or "Bam"

Directions

Prepare toppings while dough is rising.
Put each in a separate bowl.
Give each child their own dough and pie pan and let them shape the pizza dough.
Scatter corn meal on baking pans or pie pans before putting the dough on the pan.
Prick dough and coat with light brushing of olive oil.
Have children decorate their own pizza.For Valentine's day it is fun to make them the shape of hearts.
The paprika turns it red.
Bake at 400 degrees F for 30 minutes.

Serving Size: This makes 6 Six inch pizzas
