Introduction

A work in process, didn't have the cerely to add to it. It was missing something. I'm sure some salt would have helped but I am trying to work with spices instead. Number of Servings: 11

Ingredients

    Soak about 2 cups of white beans in water over night.
    Drain and Rinse beans well and set aside

    Saute, onion, carrot, garlic, olive oil in bottom of pot you are cooking the chili in.

    Add broth and beans, to onion carrots.
    Low boil for 1 hour

    Add chopped or shreaded chicken and water if needed
    Simmer for 1 hour or until beans are soft.

    Add spices during chicken cooking time.
    Spices: (to taste)
    cummin 1 - 2 tsp
    red pepper flake 2 TBS
    cardimin 1/2 tsp
