Oatmeal Pancakes

Introduction

Is a very easy, yummy recipe, that you can modify in any way to make it your taste. Is a very easy, yummy recipe, that you can modify in any way to make it your taste.
Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    - 1/4 cup White flour
    - 1 cup Uncooked oats
    - 1 tbsp Sugar
    - 1/2 tsp Baking powder
    - 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
    - 1/8 tsp Salt (a pinch)
    - 1 cup Nonfat milk
    - 1 tbsp Butter melted
    - 1 Egg large
    - Sunflower oil (or any kind of oil for cook them)

Tips

the nutritional info is for 2 pancakes make with 1/4 cup of the mix, if is to much for you make 1 pancake of 1/3 cup.
The nutritional info doesnīt include any tooping but, you can play with it, they are really versatile.


Directions

1. In a large bowl mix the first 7 ingredients, sift the flour for extra fluffyness, if you donīt like the feel of the oats, put it in a blender and make it a flour.
2. In another bowl mix the milk, butter and the egg, add this mix into the dry mix, and combine untill is creamy.
3. Place a non-stick pan, in medium fire, and put a little bit of sunflower oil, place 1/4 cup of the dough in the pan and cook untill you see bubbles in the surface, turn and cook till golden brown.
