Peter's Thai Pork and Fish Ball Mushroom Soup

Straw Mushrooms
Pork Meat Balls
Fish Balls
Tom Yum Soup Base
Ginger
Garlic
Chicken Stock
Vegetable Stock
Cilantro
Directions
Mince the Garlic and the Ginger before adding.
Start with the broths, combine and place in 2 quart sauce pan. Add ginger and garlic. Add straw mushrooms. You can thaw the fish and pork balls before hand to make preparation faster. Add those to the soup. Finally add Tom Yum soup base. This ingredient is VERY high in sodium, so just add to taste. We use two tbsp, but it is just as delicious with half or even a fourth of that.
Heat to boiling, reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Garnish with cilantro. Enjoy!!!
