Thin crust whole wheat pizza

Introduction

This is a whole wheat pizza recipe that I modified and added flaxseed. I use Turkey pepperoni to keep it lean. This is a whole wheat pizza recipe that I modified and added flaxseed. I use Turkey pepperoni to keep it lean.
Number of Servings: 18

Ingredients

    1.25 cups white flour
    1.5 cups whole wheat flour
    1 package active quick rise yeast
    1.5 cups hot water
    1 tsp salt
    1 tbsp olive oil
    2 tbsp flaxseed

    1 can black olives
    1/2 package turkey pepperoni
    12 oz shredded park skim mozarella
    1 green bell pepper
    16 oz tomato sauce

Directions

Combine white flour with yeast, salt and flaxseed, add hot water and oil. Mix well. Add in wheat flour with a wooden spoon. Knead in remaining flour. Knead until dough is smooth and elastic. Cover and let rise in a warm place until double it's size, usually about 30 minutes. Half the dough can be frozen and saved for later.
Prepare toppings by chopping the veggies and shredding the cheese.

Serving Size: Makes 2 large pizzas, 18 slices
