(this recipe is made to be doubled, but I'm cooking for a family of two! So feel free to double it!)
*1 cup splenda
*1/4 butter (4 tbsp)
*1 tbsp cocoa powder
*1/4 reduced fat peanut butter (4 tbsp)
*1 cup oatmeal (quick oats)
*1 tsp vanilla
2. Remove from heat
3. Add the remaining two ingredients and stir until blended
4. Spoon onto wax paper and refrigerate for about 30 minutes or until firm.
