Heather's Broccoli Slaw

Ingredients

    Broccoli Slaw Mix (Kroger Fresh Selections with carrots and red cabbage) 12 oz bag, 1 serving (remove)
    Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped (remove)
    Raisins, 3 miniature box (.5 oz) (remove)
    White Vinegar (1 tablespoon), 1.5 serving (remove)
    Granulated Sugar, 3.5 tsp (remove)
    *Kraft Mayo with Olive Oil (reduced fat mayonnaise), 8 tbsp (remove)
    Yogurt, plain, low fat, .5 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    Sunflower Seeds, with salt added, .5 cup (remove)

    Can put 8 slices of crumbled bacon but I omitted it due to increased caloric intake.

Tips

Can add additional raisins or even dried cranberries. I also think some shredded cheese would go nicely in it. I also like it a little tangier so I increase the vinegar (can use white wine vinegar).


Directions

Mix mayo, yogurt and vinegar together and set aside. Mix all other ingredients and then pour and mix dressing. Refrigerate for 2 hours, serve.

Serving Size: 8 - 1/2 cup servings
