2 Medium Idaho Potatoes washed and sliced thin
1 Cup Yellow Onion Sliced Thin
1/4 C. Canola Oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp Black Pepper
WARNING! This is only a blue moon recipe.
2) add potatoes & onions cover and let cook 5 -7 min.
3) turn potatoes & onions and add salt and pepper cover and let cook 5 - 7 min more.
4) check for doneness and add cooking time accordingly. I like mine sort of crisp
