Ingredients

    Beef - Stew Meat, 2 lbs
    Potato, raw, 3 large
    Tomato Soup, 1 can (10.75 oz)
    1 can water
    Onion, minced, 1/2 cup
    Distilled White Vinegar, 2 tbsp
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Black Pepper, 1/2 tsp
    Baby Carrots, 20 medium

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a lined slow-cooker. Cover and cook on high for 5-6 hours. Makes 8 servings
