Easy Spaghetti Sauce

Introduction

Just sautee veggies and put all else into the blender! Just sautee veggies and put all else into the blender!

Ingredients

    olive oil, tomato sauce, tomato paste, onion, peppers, roasted red peppers, garlic, salt and pepper and red wine

Directions

dice onion and peppers and garlic and sautee in oil and salt and pepper. put one can each of tomato paste and sauce into the blender w/ the roasted red pepper. Once the veggies are softened add them to the blender too. Put all blended yumminess back into the sautee pan and simmer for about an hour or as long as you like.
