Pineapple-blueberry crumble

Introduction

This is very easy and versatile as well as inexpensive! This is very easy and versatile as well as inexpensive!
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    2c (1/2 of a fruit) pineapple; skin removed, cored, diced
    1/2c blueberries
    1 box cake mix (I use plain yellow mix)
    1 stick margarine

Tips

Funfetti for the WIN! You can also use frozen fruit to make this even easier.


Directions

Dump fruit into a baking dish; I use an 8x8x2. Cover with cake mix. Drizzle melted margarine over the cake mix, trying to get it pretty even. Bake until bubbly and golden, or about 25 mins in a 350F oven.
