Joanie's stock gravy

Ingredients

    1/4 c white flour
    3 tbs butter
    4 c chicken stock
    1/2 c onion

Directions

sweat onions in butter over low heat until soft. Add flour and whisk together; cook for a few minutes. Add stock and bring to a boil, simmer for 5-10 minutes until thickened.

Serving Size: Makes 8 1/2-cup servings
