Low Fat Curry Sauce

Ingredients

    3c. Plain Soy Milk
    1T minced garlic
    1T minced ginger
    2 cinnamon sticks
    2T curry powder
    1/2t cumin
    1T salt
    2T white flour

Directions

In a 1 quart sauce pan mix all ingredients except for flour. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to a simmer and slowly whisk in flour. Let sauce simmer until thick. Makes approx. 10- quarter cup servings.
