2 lb Yukon Gold Potato, about 6 small potatoes
4 Slices Kraft Big Slice Swiss Cheese 2% Milk Reduced Fat
2 Tbsp. unsalted butter
1/4 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Black Pepper
1 1/2 cup Skim Milk
Slice the potatoes about 1/4 inch thick. Spread half the potatoes on the bottom of the greased dish. Place half the cheese on top of these potatoes, spread half the butter, place the rest of the potatoes on top, spread half the cheese on top, spread the rest of the butter.
In a saucepan, bring the mild to a boil, stirring constantly. Pour the milk over the potato mixture.
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes until the potatoes are fork tender.
