Lemon Glazed Sweet PotatoesSubmitted by: CAZLINR
1 pound sweet potatoes
1 T dark brown sugar1/4 cup lemon juice
1/16 ground cinnamon
1/16 kosher salt
Peel sweet potatoes and cut them into 1 inch slices. (or much thinner so they are crispy.). Spray baking pan with Pam.
Mix brown sugar, lemon juice, cinnamon, and salt in small bowl.
Brush all of the glaze over potatoes.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake until potatoes are fork tender about 45 minutes.
Either remove foil and cook for 5 more minutes or put on preheated to 350 George Foreman grill until crispy on outside.
