Oatmeal Craisins Cookie

Ingredients

    Flour, White All-Purpose (1/2 cup)
    Flour, Whole Wheat (1/4 cup)
    Baking Soda (1/2 tsp)
    Salt (1/4 tsp)
    Cinnamon, Ground (1/4 tsp)
    Nutmeg, Ground (1/8 tsp)
    Brown Sugar, Packed (1/2 cup)
    Egg, fresh, 1 large
    Canola Oil, 3 tbsp
    Regular Oats, dry (1 cup)
    Oats, Regular, dry (1/4 cup)
    Craisins, Ocean Spray Dried Cranberries Orig (1/3 cup)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. In a small bowl, stir together flours, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Set aside. In a large bowl, combine brown sugar, egg, and oil. Stir until well combined. Stir in flour mixture, and oats. Drop dough by tablespoons about 1 inch apart on a baking sheet. Flatten slightly to a 2-inch diameter. Bake 10 minutes or until light brown. Cool on wire rack. Store cooled cookies in an airtight container for one week or in the freezer for several weeks.
