Oven Fried Pork Loin or Chops

Ingredients

    4 Pieces pork loin or pork chops
    1 bottle I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Spray
    2 cups Kellog's Corn Flakes Cereal
    1/4 tsp salt
    1 tsp pepper
    1tbs. garlic powder
    Cavenders 1 tsp.poultry seasoning 1/2 tsp
    3oz water
    3 egg whites
    .5 cups whole wheat flour flour

Tips

This is also good for pork chops and chickes thighes and legs.I remove skin from chicken so it isn't greasy.


Directions

Preheat oven to 350 F.

Use rolling pin or plastic bag to crush corn flakes to fine crumbles, and mix in parsley, pepper & salt. Mix in large ziplock bag remainder of spices in flour. Whisk water and egg whites together. Dip pork loin or chop first into egg whites , then into flour mix , dip again in egg whites, then into cornflakes .Place on prepared bakeing sheet and bake till done.
