Fish wi veggies in creamy sauce

Introduction

Any white fish, leftover veggies, and a creamy sauce Any white fish, leftover veggies, and a creamy sauce
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Haddock (fish), 12 oz (remove)
    Cream of Chicken Soup, .8 can (10.75 oz) (remove)
    *Daisy Light Sour Cream, 6 tbsp (remove)
    Mayonnaise, Hellman's Light, 3 tbsp (remove)
    *zuchini, 4 serving (remove)
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 3 cup, strips (remove)

    Spray baking dish (8X8 or larger) with pam or smart bal spray
    layer fish fillets on bottom
    add veggies in 2nd layer
    mix mayo, sour cream and chicken soup
    Pour this mixture over casserole, covering top
    Bake at 420 for about 20 minutes, depending on size of fillets, frozen or thawed, and thickness of veggies
