Turkey Meatloaf

Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Olive Oil, 1 tsp
    Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz (1 lb)
    Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal (1/2 cup dry)
    Ketchup, Heinz, 5 tbsp
    Worcesterchire sauce, 2 tsp
    egg, 1 large
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp
    Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tsp
    Marjoram, dried, 1 tsp
    Garlic, 1 clove
    Hunt's Tomato Sauce, no salt added, 1/4 cup
    Ketchup, 2 tbsp

Tips

I serve this with mixed veggies and a baked potato.


Directions

Preheat the oven to 350. Saute garlic in oil.

Mix turkey, garlic, oatmeal, egg, tomato sauce, pepper(s) and marjoram.

Mix 2 tbsp ketchup with worcesterchire sauce and brush over the top.

Bake uncovered for about 40 minutes at 350. After baking let it sit for 5 minutes serving.
