16oz Philadelphia Cream Cheese (full fat)
1 large egg
1/2 cup Sugar Free Chocolate DaVinci Syrup
2 TBSP cocoa powder
4 scoops chocolate whey protein powder
2 TBSP Z Sweet sweetener
I use Body Fortress chocolate whey (available at Wal-Mart).
Can substitute Splenda (liquid preferred) for the Z Sweet, but I find splenda and chocolate sometimes aren't the best.
Soften the cream cheese, put it in a mixing bowl and use a mixer to get it smooth.
Add the DaVinci and egg and mix.
Add remaining ingredients and mix.
Pour into 12 hole cupcake/muffin pan... silicone works best.
Place cupcake pan in a shallow baking sheet and pour some water in the baking sheet.
Bake at 350F for 18 minutes. Turn off oven and open door slightly. Leave in oven for 30 minutes.
Remove from oven and cool on counter for 30 minutes. Cool in refrigerator for 4 hours before removing from cupcake pan. If you use silicone, they pop right out.
Store in air-tight container in refrigerator.
