    COOL WHIP LITE 1 TBSP

Directions

ADD I CUP SLICED APPLES , GROUND CINNAMON, AND WATER IN BOILING PAN ON LOW HEAT FOR ABOUT 7 MINS , STIRING TIL APPLES BECOME SOFT AND BROWN.

STRAIN APPLES

PLACE IN BOWL ADD 1 TBSP LITE COOL WHIP.
