Introduction

This is really simple and very tasty. Great when you are craving Mexican food! This is really simple and very tasty. Great when you are craving Mexican food!

Ingredients

    3/4 C. cornmeal
    1 1/2 C. milk
    1 egg, beaten
    1 lb. extra lean ground turkey, browned
    1 envelope chili seasoning mix
    15 oz. can diced tomatoes
    15 oz can corn, drained
    1 C. reduced fat 4 cheese mexican blend

Directions

Brown your ground beef and drain any fat off. Put everything except the cheese in the crockpot and mix together well. Cover and cook on high for 1 hour and then turn heat to low for 3 hours. Add cheese and cook another 5 min. or until cheese is melted.
