Beth's Pesto Sauce

Introduction

Put this on eggs, bread, vegetables or pasta to add a ton of flavor! Put this on eggs, bread, vegetables or pasta to add a ton of flavor!

Ingredients

    4 Cloves Garlic
    1 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
    2 Cups Packed, Basil
    2/3 Cup Olive Oil (or less)

Directions

Put garlic, cheese and basil into the blender and pulse until combined, adding the olive oil slowly. Periodically, mash down the ingrdients with a wooden spoon while trying to avoid adding too much olive oil.

1 serving = 3 tbsp. Keeps for three weeks. The basil may turn brown, but it hasn't gone bad!
