Introduction

Ingredients

    12 cups chicken broth or stock (canned, box or homemade)
    1-1/2 cups chopped celery
    1 cup chopped onion
    2 cups peeled chopped carrot
    1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
    black pepper to taste
    2 cups uncooked egg noodles
    2 cups cooked chopped chicken or turkey
    1 cup frozen peas
    1 can cream of chicken soup

Directions

Add chicken broth or stock to large soup pot. Add celery, onion and carrots and simmer for 10-15 minutes. Add seasoning and pepper. Simmer a few more minutes. Add noodles and stir to separate. Let cook 15-20 more minutes, until noodles are tender. Add Chicken (or turkey), peas and cream of chicken soup. Simmer additional 15 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes 12 1-1/2 cup servings
