Turkey Shepherds pie

Ingredients

2 tablespoons butter
1 cup onion chopped
1 cup carrots chopped
1 pound ground turkey, cooked
2 tablespoons flour
1 cup beef broth
1/2 cup ketchup
3 teaspoons mustard
4 teaspoons worschestershire
1 cup peas
Mashed potatoes, optional
Tips
Directions
Preheat oven to 375. Melt butter in pan. Add onion and cook 4-5 minutes. Add carrots cook 4 minutes more. Add cooked ground turkey and flour. Cook 3 minutes. Add broth, ketchup, mustard, worchestershire and simmer 10 minutes. Add peas. Pour in 2 1/2 quart casserole. Top with mashed potatoes if desired. Bake 20-25 minutes. let sit 10 minutes and serve.
