Trying to add more calories to my diet, and eat beachbody's shakeology in another way. Decided to try Oatmeal. Trying to add more calories to my diet, and eat beachbody's shakeology in another way. Decided to try Oatmeal.

Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    Beachbody Shakeology - Chocolate, 1 serving
    Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (1/2 cup dry)
    Bell Plantation - Pb2 Regular, 2 tbsp
    Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 2 tbsp
    Almonds, .125 cup, sliced
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp
    Milk, Silk Organic Soy Milk, 1 cup

Tips

Apples MAY be good in this too, although avoided due to the sour.


Directions

Pour Oats+silk into a deep microwavable bowl.
3m in the microwave (YMMV)
Immediately mix in Shakeolgoy, PB2, Flax, and mix well.
Add a little more silk or very hot water you wish a more liquidy mix.
Add ALmonds, CInnamon, mix again, add hot water/silk as necessary for your liking.
ENJOY! (Great food for those with high activity leve, P90x, Insanity).
