White bean chicken chili

Introduction

Crock pot white bean chicken chili- yummy and healthy! Crock pot white bean chicken chili- yummy and healthy!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into small chunks
    1 can cream of chicken soup 98% fat free
    1 jar fat free chicken gravy
    1/2 c skim milk
    2 cans cannellini beans
    1/2 envelope of taco seasoning
    1 cup mexican vegetable blend
    1/2 cup shredded cheddar jack cheese- divided

Tips

You can alter this to meet your tastes and needs. More or less spice, add some extra peppers for a spicier taste etc.


Directions

Add 2 chicken breasts, cut into bite size pieces to crock pot. Add 1 can of low fat cream of chicken soup, 1 jar of fat free chicken gravy and 1/2 cup skim milk. Stir in 2 tsp or half of an envelope of taco seasoning and 1 tsp pepper, and set crock pot on medium for several hours. One hour before serving, stir in 1/4 cup of shredded cheddar jack cheese and 1 cup of mexican blend vegetables( corn black beans, red and greeen pepper, onion etc.) Serve with a small amount of shredded cheese on top.
