Chicken Breast, no skin, 2.5 units
Potato, raw, 6 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.)
Onion powder, 1 tsp
Allspice, .5 tsp
Pepper, black, 1 dash
Green Giant Cut Green Beans, can, 1 cup
Beans, white, 1 cup
Tomato products, Hunts Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic, and Oregano, 3.5 serving
Tomato Sauce, 1 cup
Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
Ortega Diced Green Chiles, 14 oz

Peppin/French-Fry cut: Cut the sides and ends off the potato making a rectangular cube shape, then cut lengthwise first one way, then turning the entire block, the other. You should end up with generally uniform 'fry' shaped pieces.
Place chicken in bottom of pot.
Season with onion powder, Allspice and black pepper.
Add 1/2 of diced chilies directly onto the chicken (4 servings or 1 can).
Wash/scrub and Peppin/French-Fry cut 6 medium potatoes, add to pot.
Drain/rinse and add green beans.
Add second 1/2 of chilies.
Drain and add tomatoes.
Add tomato sauce.
Drain/rinse and add white beans.
Add Italian Seasoning Mix.
Cover and set on High.
