Broccoli Cranberry Slaw

Introduction

This salad is a great side dish! This salad is a great side dish!
Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    One 12-oz. bag (4 cups) dry broccoli cole slaw
    1 large Fuji apple, cored and chopped
    1/4 cup sweetened dried cranberries

    1 tbsp blueberry jam (homemade)
    1 tbsp. light yogurt plain (or light sour cream)
    2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar

    Dash salt, or more to taste
    Dash black pepper, or more to taste


Tips

Cooking time = chill.. you can serve immediately if you want....

Directions

In a large bowl, combine slaw, apple & dried cranberries. Toss to mix and set aside.

For the dressing: combine blueberry jam, yogurt and cider vinegar. Stir until smooth. Add to the slaw. Mix thoroughly.

Add dressing to the large bowl and mix Chill for 30min for better result. If you like, season to taste with additional salt and pepper. Enjoy!
