    1 cup extra virgin olive oil
    1/3 cup fresh lemon juice (I use meyers)
    pepper to taste
    1/2 tsp italian spice blend
    salt or salt substitue to taste

Tips

Obtained this recipe from World's Healthiest Foods - used as an all-around marinade, dressing in a great many foods


Directions

chop or slice garlic and let rest for 5 min
add lemon juice and seasoning
slowly wisk in the olive oil
